James walked into Mallory's office, ready to get briefed on his newest assignment. Mallory gave him the top secret files and explained that the leader of a group of Eco-terrorists is threatening to unleash a toxin that will turn humans to into plant hybrids. To test it the villain plans to unleash the toxin at a gala event where the biggest names of those who put progress over plants are attending. James' mission is to stop the Eco-terrorists and stop the toxin. And the only one who can make a counter serum to destroy the toxin is a young botanist who runs a florist shop named Augustine Quintessence, or Q as he is also known as. James has to try and convince Q to help MI6 before the Eco-terrorists can get to him to join their side or just kill him. A simple enough assignment to accomplish. At least that's what the double O originally thought. But as he looks through the glass window that reads "Quintessence Floral" and sees the glasses wearing, curly haired young man arranging a floral centerpiece while taking sips from a coffee mug with his nickname letter on it, James realizes that trying to keep it professional and not personal won't be simple at all. Especially when he meets a cutthroat perfumer who wants Q for more than just providing him with flowers for his cologne.

Its a round the world trip that has the double O stopping to smell the roses in more ways than one, and by the end of the mission he have the tender bud that is Q in full bloom.
